Network Services Appoints New Transport Provider

Network Services has appointed Toll Fast as its intrastate transport provider for NSW and Victoria commencing Monday 5th October, 2009.
The agreement will see Toll Fast responsible for the transportation of magazines to supermarkets and newsagents across the NSW and VIC metropolitan and country markets. As part of their service, Toll Fast will deliver magazines directly to supermarkets and use a variety of smaller contractors to deliver to the majority of remaining newsagents.
In NSW, Toll Fast will continue to use many of the existing independent delivery contractors; whilst there won’t be any immediate changes in Victoria.
With Toll Fast operating in more than 50 countries and raising annual revenue of over $5.6 billion, this arrangement represents a long term strategic partnership between the two companies.
