Newsagents
We continue to support the newsagency channel by supplying suitable quantities of quality publications and point of sale to increase long-term store traffic. We work to maintain the information flow between the newsagents and the supply chain, and sustain a streamlined delivery and returns cycle. We are actively involved in industry IT issues, investing in EDI order placement and fulfilment options such as scan packing.

Sales Based Replenishment
Newsagents’ re-orders are monitored and automatically processed through our distribution system. A packing label is printed out at Network Services’ despatch warehouse and the newsagent’s re-order is distributed with no intervening steps.

We are part of the XChangeIT initiative, simplifying transactions for newsagents with electronic dockets and electronic return forms.
